Job Overview: In this hands-on role, the SaaS Manger will ensure that coordinated service, delivery, and operations for our clients. He/she will coach, mentor and manage the team to ensure that multiple projects meet their deadlines.
Job Responsibilities:
- Act as a business partner and deliver effective business insights, while holding himself and others accountable
- Own hyper-care client support including requests, trainings, onboarding, and documentation; Improve user adoption and ensure value attainment
- Manages customer’s expectations and communicates with the appropriate level of customer leadership
- Create referenceable customers
- Own and participate in QA/UAT
- Own customer deployments and ensure current users receive latest features/releases on time
- Must go beyond the “basics” of their jobs and focus on improving processes
- Manage execution using SCA standard processes and industry standard methodologies
- Meet regularly with senior stakeholders to review progress and action plan to meet goals
- Act as a change agent and help other functional areas make changes and improvements that will contribute to the organization’s strategic business goals
- Work with each department to ensure that decisions (hiring, training, etc.) are aligned with the business goals and will lead to revenue
- Ensure multiple projects for both existing and new customers are delivered on time
- Provide transparency and visibility to the team and to the entire organization
Experience and Skill :
- Software implementation project management experience
- Understanding of policy, planning, and strategy.
- Ability to develop, implement and review policies and procedures.
- Ability to address problems and opportunities for the company
- Detail oriented
- Proactive in documenting and creating processes
- Exceptional communication skills
